  • Assisted in obtaining summary judgment in favor of commercial real estate broker in negligent misrepresentation action and successfully defending summary judgment on appeal

  • Represented multiple large commercial real estate owners in Regus’s chapter 11 cases

  • Represented creditors, including commercial landlord and personal injury claimant, in Rudy’s Barbershops’ chapter 11 cases

  • Dissuaded Wisconsin receiver from filing $585,000 preferential transfer lawsuit against cross-border client

  • Obtained dismissal with prejudice as to $600,000 preference claim against vendor client

  •  Obtained substantial administrative expense claim for commercial landlord in Sports Authority’s chapter 11

  • Represented developer of North Dakota real estate in its chapter 11 bankruptcy; defeated motion to dismiss and quashed ensuing appeal; guided debtor through the chapter 11 process including the confirmation of its plan of reorganization

  • Represented notable Washington State homebuilder in its chapter 11 bankruptcy and obtained confirmation of its plan of reorganization

  • Represented real estate holding company in its chapter 11 bankruptcy and guided debtor to confirmation of its plan of reorganization

  • Advised agricultural lender regarding its rights under various complex loan documents

  • Assisted in sale of substantially all assets of Redden Marine Supply’s receivership estate

  • Assisted private lender in realizing in full on its defaulted eight-figure loan
